FREEDIVING TRAINING SESSIONS

During our Freediving Training sessions our experienced freediving instructors will provide you with the set up of buoys and ropes at a suitable depth. They will be coaching you, giving you guidance such as feedback on technique as well as providing your safety, and they will evaluate your abilities and adjust the training to suit your individual level. During freediving training sessions we have not more than 3 people per buoy, which means you will have the chance to freedive as much as you want and not having to wait long time in between dives.

MANY OPTIONS!!

We have many different options to choose from: join day to day training sessions (prices below) or as TRAINING WEEK package, or for longer stays (2/4 weeks), you can sign up for an ADVANCED TRAINING PACKAGE which will give you the chance to dive as much as you want at a very convenient rate (more info below).

NOTE! Freediving training sessions are for certified freedivers, not for complete beginners. If you have never freedived before you should attend a beginner course prior to join any training session.

The prices below do not include equipment. If you don’t have your own equipment, you can rent freediving equipment in our center.

** PLEASE NOTE!! For all training sessions at the Blue Hole, there is an extra fee of 9 euro to pay at the National Park entry gate.

ADVANCED TRAINING PACKAGE

You need to be at least Level 2 Freediver (or equivalent)

How it works:
This package is structured for you to join group sessions already scheduled, so training locations may vary based on availability. On your rest days, when you’re not in formal training, you can still dive with other trainees from our center, sharing the water with people in the same program. This creates a nice sense of community and shared passion throughout your course.
